Peter Kiigemagi

Peter Kiigemagi is a Senior Intelligence Subject Matter Expert with a vast 24-year career in the Department of Defense (DoD), Joint and Coalition assignments, and the Intelligence Community.

His expertise includes all-source analysis, human terrain and socio-cultural analysis, imagery and geospatial systems, HUMINT, biometrics, counternarcotics, space, and security.

Throughout his career, Peter has supervised over 100 individuals, served as an instructor at an international imagery school, and possesses an in-depth knowledge of socio-cultural analysis, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) budgeting, planning, and programming.

He holds a Master of Science in Anthropology from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology from Oregon State University.

Peter has worked in various esteemed organizations including CACI International Inc and CACI LLC as a Senior Intelligence Analyst, SCIA, LLC as a Senior Social Scientist, ISAF as a Theatre Disclosure Officer/Theatre Security Officer, U.S. Central Command as Deputy HUMINT Branch Chief, Air Force Space Command as Chief, ISR Enterprise Integration Branch, and the Defense Intelligence Agency as Special Assistant to the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Counternarcotics.
