Peter Keramidas

Peter Keramidas is the Executive Vice President of Operations, Strategy, and Business Development at ITV Studios America, a position he has held since May 2018. He is responsible for overseeing strategy, new business opportunities, and operations within the company. With over 25 years of experience in the entertainment industry, Keramidas has held various senior roles, including Chief Financial Officer at Sonar Entertainment and Vice President at Warner Bros. Entertainment. His career spans both the buying and selling sides of the industry, where he has been involved in the development, production, financing, and acquisition of numerous programming hours.14

Keramidas holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science Engineering with a concentration in Economics from Northwestern University.2 He also runs his own consulting practice, PCK Media Consulting, where he advises clients on business strategy and digital media.34

In his personal life, he is married to Laura and is a pet parent to three cats. He enjoys early morning runs and is a member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.14
