Peter Jordan

Peter Jordan is the Development Director at Verdera, a position he has held since October 2016. Based in Walnut Creek, California, he leads the development team focused on energy projects, providing third-party advisory services to commercial property portfolio owners and investors. His role involves creating investment-grade energy plans that combine energy efficiency, solar solutions, energy storage, and demand response to enhance property value and reduce operational costs.12

Before joining Verdera, Jordan held several significant positions, including Director of Energy Services at Allana Buick & Bers, Inc., and Vice President of Construction at Recurrent Energy. His extensive experience also includes various roles at McDonald's, where he was involved in the development and construction of restaurants across multiple regions.12

Jordan holds a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA in Management from Golden Gate University.1
