Peter H. Thomas is a seasoned entrepreneur with over four decades of experience in franchising and real estate development.
He is known as a leading developer and lender in North America, having spearheaded billion-dollar real estate projects ranging from hotels, apartments, and condominiums to golf courses.
Peter has held key positions such as Chairman and Founder of Century 21 Real Estate Canada Ltd., founded Samoth Capital Corporation (now Sterling Centrecorp Inc.), and developed the Four Seasons Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona.
As a prominent figure, he also served as Chairman of Dogtopia, a major dog daycare and grooming franchise in North America.
Currently, Peter is the Chairman Emeritus of Dogtopia and actively operates his private holding company, Thomas Pride, which focuses on real estate investments, bridge financing, and renovation projects for multi-unit apartments.
His latest initiatives include Urban Communities, dedicated to enhancing communities and fostering sustainable development with a mission of 'Profit with Purpose', and Thomas Partners Self Storage, aimed at acquiring self-storage businesses across North America.
Apart from his business endeavors, Peter is deeply committed to philanthropy. In 2002, he founded LifePilot, a not-for-profit organization offering values-based living and leadership workshops.
