He has experience as a Team Lead in Product Development at United Wholesale Mortgage, Senior Solutions Architect and Principal Consultant at AviKaiDo, as well as roles like Senior Technical Account Manager and Consultant at PagerDuty and Senior Enterprise Customer Success & Program Manager at New Relic, Inc.

Peter has also served in technical customer success roles at companies like Instana and Auth0, and has contributed to academia as a Lecturer at the College of Business, University of Michigan-Dearborn.
