Peter Dowds is the CEO and Co-Founder of Elder HQ, a company focused on providing alternatives to traditional residential care homes for the elderly. Before establishing Elder HQ, Peter Dowds had a diverse career in law and business. He began his professional journey at DLA Piper as a vacation placement in 2006 and later worked as a trainee lawyer. His career progressed through various roles, including positions at Better Capital LLP and FremantleMedia, where he gained experience in legal and business affairs. In 2013, he co-founded Mopp.com, a cleaning service platform that scaled significantly under his leadership. He also served as Senior Director at Handy HQ, achieving substantial growth before launching Elder HQ.23
