Peter Douglas

Peter Douglas is a successful entrepreneur and pioneer in the investment industry. He currently resides in a quaint mountain community in Northern Nagano prefecture, Japan, where he runs the largest accommodation provider in the village. With over 15 properties under his wing, he endeavors to help visitors enjoy the beautiful environment of the region. His impressive career accolades include founding the Financial Planning Association of Singapore, Asia's first hedge fund consulting firm, and the Alternative Investment Management Association in Singapore. Peter is passionate about education and training, and has mentored many successful businesses throughout his career.

Peter Douglas holds an MBA from INSEAD, and a BA (Hons) in Medieval Studies from the University of Exeter. Additionally, he has completed a PDP program in Hospitality Administration/Management at Cornell University, and attended Abingdon School in the UK. He has also held directorial roles in various organizations, such as Teneo Partners, CAIA Foundation, CAIA Singapore, and Aberdeen Asset Management.
