Peter Dolukhanov

Peter Dolukhanov is a prominent entrepreneur and technology leader, best known as the Founder and CEO of Decoded, a technology consultancy based in London and Costa Mesa, California. He has a background in computing science from Newcastle University and has built a notable career in the tech industry.

Prior to founding Decoded, Dolukhanov established Nice Agency, a mobile agency recognized for delivering award-winning mobile experiences, including applications for Channel 4, The Times, and Sky Q. Nice Agency was acquired by Karmarama in 2014 and subsequently by Accenture Interactive in 2016. After serving as Group CTO at Karmarama, he launched Decoded Consulting in December 2019, aiming to provide innovative technology leadership and services, including an "On-Demand CTO" model that offers fractional technology expertise to businesses.12
