Peter Crossley is a seasoned global program and project manager with extensive experience in the financial services sector. With an impressive educational background that includes an MBA from the AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a BA in Music, Peter has leveraged his interdisciplinary skills to deliver exceptional results to leading organizations across the globe. Having lived and worked in Asia, Europe, North America, and Australia, Peter has gained a unique perspective on authentic collaboration, purposeful innovation, and the conscious development of teams and individuals.

Peter's specialty lies in the delivery of innovative business-enabling technology solutions in the financial services sector in Asia. As the Global Services Director, Asia at Finastra, he has demonstrated his ability to develop repetitive delivery capability in operations management and build and lead cross-functional and diverse teams. He has also managed stakeholders at all levels of organizations—from senior executives to ground-level staff.
