Peter Creekmore

Peter Creekmore is a dedicated and inspiring music teacher with a passion for student success and musical excellence.

He holds a BM in Jazz Performance and American Studies Dual Degree from Rutgers University, a Master of Education in Music and Music Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Level 3 Kodaly Certification from New York University.

Peter Creekmore also pursued certifications in English as a Second Language, Instructional Second Language Acquisition, and Education from various institutions in New Jersey.

His professional experience includes roles as an Elementary Music Teacher at MONTCLAIR PUBLIC SCHOOLS, Private Music Lesson Teacher at Independent Music Educator, and positions at Newark Public Schools, GREATER BRUNSWICK CHARTER SCHOOL, and as a Substitute Teacher at Multiple Districts.
