Our beta solution which launched in Ireland as our market validation destination in 2014 was one of the first of its kind within Europe. 

Uniquely, the mobile app gave us the ability to seamlessly deliver off-line push messaging and bookable offers in to customers hands in real-time in a way hadn't been done anywhere in the lucrative tours & activities sector.

We ran Ireland's only Caribbean specialist tour operation until August 2009.
Excellent track record in account management and B to B sales and account management (covering Southern Ireland) bringing the business from zero to sales of four million Euro.
Responsible for all aspects of the marketing mix including radio, press advertising, attendance at trade shows &amp; consumer events, brochure production (produced a 130 page full colour brochure annually), PR &amp; event management, website development, loyalty programmes, affiliate marketing, Google adwords, SEO and email marketing.
Successfully managed a team of 12 people.
Preparation of all Marketing Plans. 
Primary Achievement: Established Caribbean Collection as the market leader for holidays from Ireland to the Caribbean.

Looked after promotional marketing arrangements for a number of other airline partners including Turkish Airlines and British Airways.
Primary Achievement: Developed Austrian Airlines business sufficiently to warrant a 5 times per week direct flight between Dublin &amp; Vienna.
