Peter Collins, a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in commercial management positions, embarked on his career journey by obtaining an MBA from Cranfield School of Management. He later delved into the realm of management consultancy by joining a City-based firm before co-founding Teamwork Consulting Group in 1988. As the Managing Director of the consultancy, Peter was instrumental in overseeing the business operations and providing a diverse array of research-based strategic consultancy services.
In 2002, Peter Collins, along with Sarah Burton-Taylor, ventured into the domain of user experience optimization by establishing Web Usability. This new endeavor focused on offering consultancy services geared towards enhancing the web user experience. Peter Collins, renowned for his adeptness as a user consultant and facilitator, actively contributed to various projects at Web Usability, serving in roles such as facilitator, project manager, and consultant. His skill set encompasses the ability to comprehend clients' strategic needs, analyze user evidence effectively, and assist clients in gaining a comprehensive understanding of the challenges at hand and how to tackle them.
Throughout his career, Peter Collins has collaborated with a plethora of distinguished clients, including Waitrose, The British Library, The Met Office, English Heritage, Sony Pro, Manchester City Football Club, Sainsburys, Cancer Research UK, Zurich, among numerous others.
