Peter Browning has extensive experience in the social services sector in New Zealand. With a focus on family services and poverty alleviation, he operates as a consultant and works with agencies to put plans and processes in place to achieve their mission and increase their impact. Additionally, he mentors and coaches boards and managers, providing governance training and helping them accomplish their goals. Peter has held numerous board roles throughout his career, such as chairperson at Baptist Action Trust, chair at Baptist Foundation, and chairperson at Young Life New Zealand Trust. Prior to his consultancy work, Peter worked as a Chief Executive at Baptist Action, leading a large, complex social service organization with multiple services in family services, mental health, aged care, and youth areas.
