Peter Bergman

Peter Bergman is a seasoned attorney with over two decades of experience in corporate, securities, and tax law. He started his legal career at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto, California, in 1996 and has since been with Hayden Bergman, Professional Corporation in San Francisco, California, from 2003 onwards. Over the years, Peter has worked with numerous top companies and investors in Silicon Valley and the Bay Area. He holds memberships with the State Bars of California and New York and serves as the Chairman of the Partnerships and Limited Liability Company Committee of the California State Bar Association. Peter's areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, corporate and securities law, as well as tax law for corporations and partnerships.
