Peter Hwang 黃詠祥

Peter Hwang 黃詠祥 is the Executive Vice President & General Manager of the rapidly growing global Data Center business at Iron Mountain.13 He recently returned to Iron Mountain in this role after serving as CEO and Board Member of DragonCor, a multi-asset class asset management platform in China owned and managed by Blackstone Real Estate funds.12

Prior to his current position, Hwang held several leadership roles at Iron Mountain, including:

• Managing Director, Asia (October 2013 - June 2021)
  • Responsible for the P&L of Iron Mountain's records management business in Asia, consisting of over 5,000 employees and a network of more than 130 facilities across 12 countries1

Before joining Iron Mountain, Hwang held the following positions:

• Chief of Staff & Vice President of Corporate Development at China NT Pharma Group (December 2008 - December 2011)
  • Key member of the IPO team that led the company's successful listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 20111
• President at Green Matters Group (2007 - 2008)
  • Led the company's organization and strategy building efforts in China's agriculture and forestry industries1
• Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company (2002 - 2007)
  • Advised senior managers of Fortune-500 companies on strategy, organization, M&A and business development1

Hwang holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Queensland.1
