Pete Richards

Pete Richards is a Property Manager at Carnegie Companies, Inc., where he has been employed since 2017. In his current role, he is responsible for managing all site-related issues and communications related to the properties under his supervision.12

Before joining Carnegie Companies, Pete held various positions in property management. He worked as a Property Manager and later as an Area Manager for J & S Management, overseeing both multi-family and commercial properties. Additionally, he served as a Leasing Manager at K & D Management.1

Pete graduated from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in 2011.1 His extensive experience in property management has equipped him with the skills necessary to effectively handle the complexities of real estate operations.
