Dignan is currently the Principal at Ever Better, PBC, and has previously served as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Colorado, CEO and President at Renewable Choice Energy, Executive Director at CORE (Connected Organizations for a Responsible Economy), CEO at ProtoTest, and Director at various tech and software firms. Prior to his management career, Dignan worked as a Hydrologist at state and local government offices.
