Pete Dalgleish

Pete Dalgleish is a highly experienced Senior Learning and Development Specialist with a strong background in eLearning and instructional design.

He holds a Bachelor of Education in Design & Technology from the University of Sydney and has studied Mathematics, Physics, and Engineering Science during his Higher School Certificate at Davidson High School.

Pete's professional journey includes roles such as eLearning Instructional Designer at Temenos, Digital Learning Designer at Commonwealth Bank, and Digital Learning Designer/Trainer at Rabobank.

With a wealth of experience, Pete has also worked at various organizations like Westpac Group, Fire & Rescue NSW, Chris O'Brien Lifehouse, Be Learning, Fusion Universal, and Fuel, holding positions ranging from Instructional Designer to Creative Director.

His diverse experience also includes stints as an eLearning Consultant at Short term opportunities and Hutchison 3G (3), as well as Training Consultant at Freelance Consultancy & Training and Trainer at Comtec Computer Training.

Prior to his corporate roles, Pete served as a Secondary School Teacher specializing in Design & Technology at the NSW Department of Education.

Currently, he excels as the Senior Learning and Development Specialist at Sydney Water, showcasing his expertise in training, development, and instructional design.
