Pete Campbell

Pete Campbell is the Managing Partner at Canvass Capital, overseeing acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management.1 He leverages his institutional private equity real estate experience to identify and execute Canvass' investment strategy.1

Prior to his role at Canvass Capital, Campbell held several positions in the finance and real estate sectors:

1. Vice President at Westport Capital Partners, responsible for a portfolio of assets involving distressed debt and opportunistic real estate.1
2. Real estate asset manager at Mesa West Capital, managing an $830 Million commercial real estate debt portfolio.1
3. Financial analyst in the investment management division of Goldman Sachs.1

Campbell holds a B.A. in Finance from Northeastern University and completed a Real Estate Investment Analysis program at UCLA.1 He is also an active volunteer at Our Lady Queen of Martyrs church.1

In May 2022, Campbell represented Canvass Capital in announcing a $250 million joint venture with Barings to invest in self-storage properties throughout the Southeastern United States.23
