Pete Ballotta

Pete Ballotta is a highly experienced individual known for his involvement as an early-stage employee in three successful startup acquisitions, as well as for playing a pivotal role in building over 50 engineering teams. With a strong foundation in technical recruiting, Pete has led recruiting efforts since 2011, resulting in more than 500 successful hires, with a majority being engineers.

Pete's specialties include startup development, technical recruiting, strategic people and sourcing strategies, as well as business development. His diverse educational background comprises a BA in Cultural Anthropology from Cornell University, studies at Jesuit High School, and further education in Strategic Decision and Risk Management from Stanford University.
