Pete Bailen

Peter Bailen is an experienced corporate recruiter with a background in business administration, MIS, and marketing. He received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and went on to own a recruiting business for eight years before joining The Foth Companies as a Resource Center Manager. With a focus on flexibility and self-accountability, Foth's culture allows for a great work-life balance for Peter, especially since he has a young family.

Before working at Foth, Peter had experience in executive search consulting, staffing management, and computer-based training sales at companies like Advanced Professional Services, Robert Half International, and J.J.
