Pete Agnew is a British musician born on November 14, 1946, in Dunfermline, Scotland. He is widely known as the bassist and backing vocalist for the Scottish hard rock band Nazareth. Agnew started playing the guitar at an early age before switching to bass guitar. With Nazareth, he has released several studio albums such as "Razamanaz," "Hair of the Dog," "Loud 'n' Proud," and many more. Agnew has been an integral part of the band since its inception in 1968 and is known for his unique hard rock bass style. He has also worked on solo projects and has made guest appearances on other artist's albums.
