Perry Yam

Perry Yam is a seasoned professional with a strong background in Corporate Law. He holds a degree in Corporate Studies from The University of Manchester and has also studied at University College School (UCS). Perry currently serves as the Co-leader of Global Corporate Practice and Head of Private Equity in London at Mayer Brown, a prominent law firm. Prior to his role at Mayer Brown, Perry held the position of Head of Private Equity for Europe and the Middle East at Reed Smith LLP. He also has experience as a Partner at SJ Berwin LLP.
