Perry Miele

Perry Miele is the Chairman and Managing Partner at Beringer Capital, where he leverages over 25 years of experience in building and growing companies in North America and internationally.13 He has a strong background in the advertising and marketing industry and is known for his strategic business acumen.14

Miele's career began with the Canadian federal government, where he rose to the position of Chief of Staff to the Minister of International Trade during the NAFTA negotiations.1 He then became a partner at the Gingko Group, an integrated marketing services company in Toronto, where he significantly increased the company's annual revenues.1 Following a merger with DraftWorldwide, he joined their management team as President of the International Group, overseeing 36 offices across 24 countries and leading significant acquisitions that doubled revenue.1

In addition to his role at Beringer Capital, Miele has served as Executive Chairman of Budco, a marketing and fulfillment company in Detroit.1 He is also a member of the Young Presidents Organization and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario.12
