As Executive Director of the Marketing and Sales Leadership Institute at UMSL, he has implemented a certification program in Digital and Social Media Marketing at the graduate level, enabling students to gain valuable hands-on experience in advanced Facebook advertising, CRM strategies, Google Analytics and Tagging, video production and editing, LinkedIn Strategy, and other critical areas.
