Perry Chao is a seasoned professional who currently serves as the Director of Regulatory Affairs at HRAI (Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Institute of Canada).13 In this role, he is responsible for regulatory affairs, primarily at the federal and bi-national level, with a focus on ensuring regulatory harmonization between Canada and the US, as well as within Canada.1
