Key responsibilities of my role are:- Develop and implement market and business development strategies. This includes identifying new opportunities, developing new client relationships and creating business proposals- Leading and managing the 4YFN Sales team including coaching, training and performance management- Act as the GSMA commercial representative in Spain, engaging with trade and industry bodies - Monitor P&L ensuring appropriate cost controls and targets are in line with financial plan- Shaping and leading the Sales strategy in line with the wider global commercial objectives
