Penny Morgan is a highly experienced Programme Manager with a track record of successfully managing and supporting financial bids, contributing to securing over £32 million through government grants, private investments, and winning new contracts.

With a decade of experience in the field of education, she has worked across various educational levels from Key Stage 4 to Traineeships, Apprenticeships, Further Education, Higher Education, and lifelong learning.

In addition to her professional endeavors, Penny serves as a board trustee at Mama Youth Project, a charity dedicated to empowering young individuals from under-represented backgrounds in the media industry.
