Penny Hawkins has a diverse background ranging from retail management to complimentary medicine, with a focus on clinical hypnotherapy, EFT, and EMDR practices.

With over a decade of experience in retail management at a major high street store in London from 1982 to 1993, Penny's expertise also extends to senior merchandising at the head office level.

Her educational journey includes studying at the South West School of Clinical Hypnotherapy and obtaining qualifications in Anatomy & Physiology, Business, and Professional Certificate in Education.

Penny is a certified Clinical Hypnotherapy Practitioner at advanced and post-graduate levels, an EFT Practitioner, EMDR Practitioner, Master NLP Practitioner, and holds an IEB Advanced Certificate in Anatomy & Physiology and Business.

As a director of Mind-field Training, specializing in SW Hypnotherapy training, Penny is dedicated to helping individuals and companies through coaching, mentoring, and training using a blend of hypnotherapy, NLP, communication development, and timeline therapy.

She is an active member of professional bodies such as Anxiety UK as a Registered Hypnotherapist, CNHC Registered, and a member of MIND.

Penny's expertise lies in communications, NLP corporate liaison, and coaching individuals and companies using various therapeutic modalities to facilitate gentle yet progressive resolution of difficulties for children, adults, and couples.
