•	Work with a variety of businesses from small to medium sized to international companies to perform all HR related duties including employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance plans/ reviews, employee retention, employee wellness, HR policies, benefit administration, employee training, and creation/evaluation of handbooks. 
•	Investigate employee relation situations for over 1300 employees on a daily basis for five large auto manufacturing plants here in central OH and IN for the last year on a contract basis. Kept track of all the data by using All Voices
•	Created an effective onboarding system by designing and introducing a structured onboarding program for a startup that accelerated new hire productivity by 40%. The system incorporated training modules, mentorship programs, and early performance evaluations.
•	Support company compliance programs (e.g., EEO/AA, DOL, ADA, FLMA, WC, etc.) to ensure, legal compliance and reinforce the perception of non-discrimination in all of the company's employment practices
•	Developed and executed a tailored employee retention plan for an international corporation, which resulted in a 25% reduction in annual turnover. The program had included career development paths, enhanced employee engagement initiatives, and competitive benefit packages.
•	Optimized Talent Acquisition Strategy by collaborating with a medium-sized tech firm to overhaul their recruitment process, leading to a 30% increase in hiring efficiency. Implemented cutting-edge sourcing techniques and robust candidate screening protocols. Created and supported all talent acquisition locally and internationally 
•	Created and supported a comprehensive Talent acquisition plan for an International WBE/MBE contract manufacturing company located in Columbus, Ohio that partners with North American OEMs to optimize their supply chain.
