Penelope Bergman

Penelope Bergman is a highly experienced attorney and founder of Bergman APC, specializing in trusts and estates, disability planning, and litigation with a focus on California business owners and their families.

With a background in counseling distressed homeowners and advocating against predatory lending practices, she is dedicated to protecting her clients' interests and has a successful track record in multi-party litigation, securing substantial settlements and judgments.

Prior to establishing Bergman APC, she served as a national coordinating defense counsel for insurance underwriters, handling insurance coverage disputes, business litigation, and various other legal matters.

Ms. Bergman is a well-educated professional with a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Richmond School of Law, a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Richmond, Robins School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from UC San Diego.

She has also volunteered as general counsel for Homeowners' Associations and has been involved in various organizations and law firms throughout her career, including serving as a board member.
