Pelle Wister

Pelle Wister is a seasoned HR professional with a rich background spanning over 25 years in HR management, transformation, strategy, and change management. Currently serving as the CEO of NMS Eiendommer AS and NMS Drift AS, he manages properties valued at over 1 billion NOK and 12 subsidiaries employing more than 100 individuals with a revenue of 74.3 million in 2022.

With a diverse industry portfolio including consulting, IT, oil & gas, and travel sectors, Pelle has excelled in driving business growth from startups to SMEs. His expertise lies in up and downmanning processes, recruiting technical disciplines and IT for the SMB market, and implementing effective strategy and change management practices. Pelle is also a certified coach and personal counsellor, proficient in employee benefits administration and fostering new business opportunities.

Pelle Wister's educational background includes a Master of Arts (MA) in Law & Information Science from the University of Bergen (UiB) and a degree in ICT Economist specializing in Information Technology & Economy from Edb Skolen. His leadership approach is characterized by focus, results orientation, direct communication, and teamwork, thriving in challenging environments with a penchant for seizing opportunities.

Prior to his current roles, Pelle has held leadership positions such as former CEO at Telltail, Talent Sourcer at Ipeople AS, Management for hire as Head of business development at Steinkopf as, and Vice president Human Resources and strategic advisor at Aker Solutions Performance Technology Centre among others. Notably, he also served as Managing Director at RealPeople, showcasing his extensive experience across various organizations and industries.
