From 2013 to 2016, Pelle served as a Brand Manager at Tanner Goods, Red Wing, Fidelity, and Mertz B Schwanen, showcasing his expertise in managing various high-profile brands.

Since 2007, Pelle has been working at Gefion Trading as an Agent, demonstrating his longevity and dedication to the industry.

With a passion for the sneaker culture, Pelle co-founded Sneaker Banquet in 2009 and continues to serve as a Director, highlighting his entrepreneurial spirit and leadership skills.

During his tenure at California Sports from 2007 to 2012, Pelle excelled in sales management, representing brands such as Penfield, Armorlux, and Nixon.

Prior to that, Pelle gained valuable experience as a Sales Rep at BTX Group from 2005 to 2007, honing his sales and negotiation skills.

In 1999, Pelle ventured into entrepreneurship by establishing Flamingo, showcasing his business acumen and vision as an owner.

Pelle's educational background includes studying Serigraf/kunsttrykker at Teknisk Skole in København and Sales Psychology at Copenhagen Business College, highlighting his commitment to professional development.
