Pelin Kocaalp is a seasoned professional with 17 years of experience in Strategy, Newbiz development, Talent Management, Marketing & Communications, Operations Management, Strategic Planning, Public Relations, Foreign Direct Investment, and Government Relations.

In her current role as the General Manager at Hill+Knowlton Strategies Turkey, Pelin has demonstrated her expertise by leveraging her industry knowledge and relationships to elevate the agency's reputation in the country.

Prior to joining Hill+Knowlton, Pelin held significant positions in both the private and public sectors, including the Prime Ministry Investment Agency of Turkey and leading roles in international corporations in sectors like telecommunications, technology, and hospitality.

During her tenure at the Investment Agency, Pelin focused on assisting and supporting foreign investors in Turkey, while also spearheading Marketing & PR strategies. She later transitioned to Turkcell where she managed strategic partnerships and led the promotional PR campaign for G20 Turkey's Presidency in 2015.

Pelin's educational background is rich, with a diverse range of studies including a Master's in European Studies from Bosphorus University, a Diploma in Marketing from UC Berkeley, and ongoing PhD studies at Neuchâtel University in Switzerland.

She is fluent in English and her mother tongue, showcasing her international outlook and experience gained from working in the U.S. and Dubai, as well as visiting over 70 countries. Pelin's interests extend to conservation and nature, reflecting her adventurous nature and passion for exploring foreign shores.
