Pei-Hao Su is a Co-founder at PolyAI, a London-based AI startup focusing on building enterprise-ready voice assistants. He holds a PhD in Information Engineering from the University of Cambridge, where he conducted research in dialogue systems under Professor Steve Young. His research interests encompass the amalgamation of deep learning and reinforcement learning for spoken dialogue modelling, earning him the ACL 2016 best student paper award.

Pei-Hao Su's educational background includes a Master of Science in Communication Engineering with a perfect GPA of 4.0/4.0 and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with an outstanding 3.9/4.0 GPA from National Taiwan University, where he specialized in statistical dialogue modelling for personalizing pronunciation training within a dialogue game.
