Pedro Paiva

Pedro Paiva is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in strategy development, business transformation, innovation, and change management. He has worked with various industries, including telecoms, cloud, IoT, and smart cities, among others, and has consistently delivered results in fast-paced, multi-cultural environments. Paiva is a multi-lingual professional, fluent in six languages, including French, Portuguese, English, Spanish, German, and Italian.

Paiva graduated from École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), where he received his MSc in Computer Engineering & Telecommunications while working parallel to his professional activity. He also studied Entrepreneurial Finance at the College of Management of Technology at EPFL and Executive MBA (1st year) in General Management at the International Institute of Management in Technology (iimt) at Université de Fribourg - Universität Freiburg.

Paiva's experience extends beyond telecommunications and IoT services. He is also interested in holistic house energy systems and kitesurfing and wingfoil as hobbies. He is also a Strategic Business Advisor, Coach, and Mentor at EPFL Innovation Park and a juror at Seedstars, Fusion, Venture, and CTI/Innosuisse.
