Pedro Norte is an experienced Agile Coach, Enterprise Architect, and Design Thinking expert with a solid background in building teams and helping organizations innovate and change. With a degree in Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico and a master's degree in Distributed and Multimedia Information Systems from Heriot-Watt University, Pedro has acquired the skills and knowledge necessary to guide organizations through their digital transformation journey. His expertise in Design Thinking and Service Design combined with his experience in Business Process Management, Business Analysis, and Project Management make him a valuable asset to any organization looking to improve its operations, design better products, or create more efficient processes.

Throughout his career, Pedro has held several leadership roles in major companies such as NOS SGPS and ZON Multimedia, where he was responsible for managing projects and teams, designing IT quality management processes, and ensuring continuous improvement. He is also a certified SAF-Scrum Agile Foundations practitioner and has completed various training programs in Participatory Leadership and Quality Management.

Pedro is passionate about agile methodologies, team dynamics, and the power of collaboration. He believes that change happens when you keep trying and that being the map maker instead of following the path is essential to achieving success. In addition to his professional achievements, Pedro is also an avid learner and has completed various workshops in Design Thinking, Service Experience Design, and Participatory Leadership.
