Leading the Design Thinking team at Novabase since 2011, in a major corporate transformation program aiming at creating a superior service and customer experience using design methods to reinvent what we sell, how we sell and how we deliver. 1200 people trained in Design Thinking bootcamps - half of the workforce. Huge revamp on services portfolio and market positioning. A new corporate culture, tolerant to failure and avid for innovation. We are now fostering co-creation and value networks to contribute to the international expansion of this Lisbon based IT company, turning it into an outlier in the market through design.

Invited lecturer at Universidade Nova de Lisboa on Design Thinking. Lousy guitar player, but nevertheless a proud owner of a Gibson Les Paul and a Mesa boogie amp, distressing family and neighbours in equal measures on a regular basis.
