4Tune Engineering (4TE) is a world-leader in innovative Manufacturing-Sciences & Technologies (MSAT) services and products for the biopharmaceutical industy, Risk Analysis, MV statistical analysis and control. 4TE derisks the whole process transfer from the sending company to the receiving CMO, ensuring a complete and risk-based transfer.

In December 2018 Biotecnol Limited a pioneering company in immuno-oncology drug development, successfuly sold its assets and technologies to Chiome Biosciences, Inc of Japan. Under the deal, Tb535, Biotecnol Trispecific T-cell engager lead product will be continued to be developed by Chiome, who also acquired the Trisoma® technology and all other know-how and Tribody™ products out of Biotecnol in exchange for monetary consideration and certain future obligations as well as upfront financial remuneration. Financial terms were not disclosed.  The company continues its activities by providing consultancy services in Immuno-oncology and exists as an entity in order to receive financial consideration from the deal executed in Dec 2018.  Biotecnol, Limited (UK) was a biotechnology company working in the field of immuno-oncology, owning the exclusive rights to the Tribody™ format, a proprietary technology that harbors the potential to generate the next generation of antibody based therapeutics.  
Biotecnol, was committed to developing the next generation of antibody-based therapeutics for the treatment of diseases in a vast number of therapeutic areas and indications based on its proprietary Tribody™ technology.
The company was currently working on highly unmet needs for treating cancer subtypes. The company had programmes in Malignant Mesothelioma and Triple Negative Breast Cancer. There were various non-disclosed activities in the development of product for treating non-solid tumours.

A spin-off from Biotecnol SA (Portugal),  in December 2018 Rodon Biologics was sold to the Iberfar SA Group, thus providing an exit to its shareholders. Financial terms were not disclosed.  Rodon Biologics was a fully owned subsidiary of Biotecnol SA focusing in providing excellence in development of biopharmaceutical products for third parties. Over 18 years Biotecnol SA had successfully completed numerous product and process development projects for different stages in the drug development cycle, from research to clinical trial Phase III. Partner led-programs were undertaken on behalf of small, mid and large size biotechnology and also for large pharmaceutical companies. Rodon Biologics was spun out of Biotecnol SA and picked on such a valuable track record and client portfolio and took the services business forward. Product track record included cytokines, growth factors, antibody fragments, immunotoxins, antibodies and multispecific antibody based formats. This continuous activity has resulted in accumulation of a significant know-how and experience with project management and a wide ranges of technologies for the development / optimization of processes and the manufacture of biological product molecules.with a more complete offering in terms of services. So, in addition to full process development the new services matrix at Rodon Biologics, included stand alone services (from the cloning and expression of the gene of interest, to the offering of milligrams of product for early testing, and pre-clinical toxicity batches for IND filling).

Still existing, Biotecnol SA was a pioneering biotecnology group, providing process and product development services to the biotech and pharma industry, whilst developing its own product pipeline in various fields. Biotecnol SA had its origins in Portugal in 1996 and is regarded the pioneer of the biotech industry in Portugal, having been in business for over 22 years. Due to its long standing activity, the company developed a wide range of internal competences along the value chain of its industry, thus allowing Biotecnol to run a sustainable business and take the opportunity to grow others. In 2009 Biotecnol SA spun-out Panacea, Lda, a company  producing insulin derivative products for use as media additives for the biopharmaceutical industry. In 2012 Biotecnol SA spun out it services activities in process development and manufacturing to a fully-owned subsidiary Rodon Biologics . In addition in 2013 Biotecnol SA spun out its multispecific antibody technologies, Intellectual Property and products pipeline to its affiliate Biotecnol Limited, a company developing the next generation of antibody-based therapeutics for the treatment of diseases in a vast number of therapeutic areas and indications based on its proprietary Tribody™ technology.
In December 2018, Biotecnol SA successfully divested from its businesses.
