Pedro Coelho

Pedro Coelho is a seasoned software engineer with a diverse background in the tech industry. He holds a Masters degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Network and Communications, as well as Software Project Management from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto. Additionally, he obtained a Certificate of Proficiency in English from the University of Cambridge.

Throughout his career, Pedro has held various roles, starting as a Software Engineer and evolving into leadership positions. He has a wealth of experience managing engineering teams and driving them towards excellence and success.

Currently, Pedro is the Principal Engineering Lead for Machine Learning at Zendesk. Previously, he co-founded Cleverly, served as the CTO at the same company, worked as a Señor Software Engineer at Beyond Pricing, held the role of Productivity Lead at Talkdesk, was the Head of DevOps at Talkdesk, worked as a Software Engineer at Gruvi, and gained experience as an IT Engineer at Fraunhofer Portugal. Additionally, he has held positions as a Researcher, Student Researcher, and Web Application Developer at various institutions.
