Peden Fitzhugh Sager

Peden Sager is an accomplished in-house counsel with extensive experience in commercial transactions, particularly in the technology and entertainment industries. With a balanced and business-friendly approach, Peden has a passion for building and leading a motivated team. Peden's skills include strategizing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of transactions, including strategic partnerships, software/source code licensing, content and IP licensing, technology services, and production agreements. Peden received a B.A. in English and Theater from Wake Forest University and a JD in Law from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.

Prior to Peden's current position as Director, Legal, Unity Create Solutions at Unity Technologies, Peden held positions as the Senior Corporate Counsel, Corporate Counsel, and Contracts Manager at Unity Technologies. Peden's previous experience includes working as Principal Attorney at the Law Office of Peden Fitzhugh; Corporate Legal Manager at Turner Entertainment; and Legal Assistant - Merchandising and Consumer Products at Sony Pictures Consumer Products, Inc. Peden also previously held roles at WME (William Morris Endeavor) and Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. as Business Affairs - Corporate Consulting and Digital, Television and as a Legal Intern, respectively.
