Pearl Hou is a versatile professional with a rich educational background and significant experience in various roles and organizations.

Pearl holds an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management from the prestigious University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School, showcasing her strong business acumen.

She also pursued a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate Law from the New York University School of Law and an LL.B. in Law from Beijing Foreign Studies University, highlighting her expertise in legal matters.

Pearl is the Founder of Pearl Lab (Pearl的不焦虑实验室) and has previously held leadership positions, including Founder and CEO at PURA (朴若), Co-Founder at 有好东西 (The Good Stuff), and Director, China at The Honest Company.

Her diverse professional journey includes roles such as Business Strategy Consultant at Cynthia Rowley, VP of Finance and Chief Legal Counsel at Sen Yu International - China Swine Genetics, where she worked on the mission of 'Happier Pigs for Better Protein'.

Prior to that, Pearl has also been an Associate at Primary Capital LLC, a Legal Advisor/Trainee at Allen & Overy, and a Law Clerk at the Supreme People's Court of China, demonstrating her well-rounded experience in finance, legal consultancy, and judicial processes.
