Julia Oxarango-Ingram, PCED

Pced Julia Oxarango-Ingram is a rural development expert and business consultant who has helped 18 communities in Camas, Gooding, Lincoln, and Twin Falls Counties. She has a diverse background that includes working as a mediator, co-owning businesses, and leading various organizations. Pced is a graduate of Boise State University and Simon Fraser University, where she studied business administration, management, and community economic development. She has previously held leadership positions at CrossRoads Concepts Consulting, Southern Idaho Rural Development, and Hailey Chamber of Commerce, among other organizations. Pced is a skilled mediator, has experience in business incubation, and has worked with non-profits like Habitat for Humanity.
