Pawel Pilecki

Pawel Pilecki is a seasoned Telecommunications and Systems Integration Manager with a wealth of experience in delivering projects for key telco operators, specializing in system integration and ERP systems development.

With a background in Engineering and a Master's degree in Electronics & Telecommunication from Gdańsk University of Technology, Pawel has a solid educational foundation to support his professional expertise.

He has successfully implemented a range of ERP solutions in CRM, Billing, Provisioning, Order Management, and ESB areas, utilizing various packaged solutions such as Metasolv/Oracle Provisioning, Activation, S&SM, PeopleSoft CRM, and custom solutions predominantly based on J2EE framework and Oracle databases.

Having excelled in leading design and development teams, Pawel realized his innate leadership abilities, which have been consistently acknowledged by team members and supervisors, establishing him as a natural team leader.

His recent accomplishments include spearheading a pivotal transformation project for a telco operator, overseeing the E2E tests for 7 new CORE systems and over 100 Legacy systems, demonstrating his proficiency in planning, designing, and executing intricate projects.

Currently, Pawel is managing delivery and support projects in the Kraków branch of a major Technology company, while actively participating in Business development ventures within the Communication, Media, and Technology sectors.
