Pavlo Moroz is a seasoned professional with over 23 years of experience in tax, legal, and customs services.

With expertise in corporate, civil, administrative, and tax law, he has worked extensively in various industries such as consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, financial services, manufacturing, real estate, oil & gas, and automotive.

Having held key roles in top international companies, Pavlo has been involved in investment planning, corporate structuring, M&A, due diligence, and international tax and legal planning.

His career transitioned to public service in 2016 where he served as the Deputy Minister of Justice of Ukraine, focusing on combating corruption and enhancing the country's business environment.

Pavlo Moroz holds advanced degrees including a Specialist's degree in Private International Law, Bachelor's degree in Private International Law, a Master’s Degree in Tax Law from The University of Alabama, and a Master's degree in Finance, Banking, and Insurance with honors.
