Pavel Shibayev is a highly accomplished physicist and epitaxial engineer with extensive experience in researching and engineering novel compounds, measuring electronic properties of thin films, and collaborating with research teams both nationally and internationally. He obtained his Bachelor's degree in Physics and Certificate in Materials Science and Engineering from Princeton University, where he worked as an undergraduate researcher. He further pursued his academic career at Rutgers University, earning a Master of Science in Physics and working as a Graduate Research Assistant and Graduate Fellow in the laboratory of Prof. Seongshik Oh. Shibayev has published several research papers in highly-regarded peer-reviewed journals, including his first-author paper in Nano Letters. He is also committed to promoting STEM education and founded the Princeton University Physics Competition and the non-profit organization Physics Unlimited.
