Pavel Schanka

Pavel Schanka is a seasoned professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in the field of finance, accounting, and asset management.

He holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Reading and has also studied Accounting and Finance at both the University of Economics in Prague and the Copenhagen Business School.

Currently, Pavel serves as the Asset Management Director at Lincoln Property Company, showcasing his expertise in managing assets effectively.

He has held various key positions in reputable organizations including being the Head of Property and Asset Management CEE at JLL, Head of Asset Management CEE at GE Capital, Head of Capital Markets CEE and CZ at CBRE, and Senior Relationship Manager for Real Estate Financing at Unicredit.

Prior to these roles, Pavel Schanka gained valuable experience working as a Corporate Finance Associate at EY, Assistant Controller at Trane, and Team Support at Ogilvy & Mather.
