Pavel Luksha

Pavel Luksha is a global thinker and change catalyst focusing on systemic social innovations in education, business, technology, social entrepreneurship, culture, and urban development. He is the founder of Global Education Futures and a co-founder of Global Change Leaders and Global Venture Alliance. Pavel serves as a Professor at Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO and Institute Technologico de Buenos Aires (ITBA).
With a background in management consulting and corporate executive roles spanning approximately 15 years, Pavel has collaborated with leading multinational companies and major Russian corporations. He is recognized for creating the discipline of social ecosystem gardening and has co-authored the Rapid Foresight methodology. Pavel is the program director of the Foresight Fleet, a globally distinctive initiative.
In terms of education, Pavel Luksha pursued a PhD in Economics at Central Economic Mathematical Institute (CEMI) of RAS, studied Business Administration at the University of Hertfordshire, completed an M.Sc. in Economics at the Higher School of Economics, and engaged in studies at 10, Obninsk.
Through various roles and affiliations, Pavel has been involved in notable organizations such as Campus Co-Evolve, Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires, Global Venture Alliance, Global Education Futures, Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO, and the Russian Agency for Strategic Initiatives. His professional journey includes positions at Alvarez and Marsal, Linebrook, Institute of Economics (Russian Academy of Sciences), and Accenture, among others.
