Pavel Laletin is a seasoned professional known for being the General Partner, Co-founder, and COO of TechGrind Incubator and Venture Capital, a pioneering private technology incubator in the region.

With a rich background in technology entrepreneurship, Pavel co-founded the Venture Capital and Angel Syndicate arm of TechGrind, establishing TechGrind Venture Syndicate as one of the most active tech angel syndicates in ASEAN.

Before his endeavors in ASEAN, Pavel was actively involved in developing the technology startup ecosystem in New Zealand, mentoring numerous founders and contributing to the growth of web & mobile startups across APAC, Russia, and Europe.

Pavel's professional journey includes the successful launch of a mobile app development and marketing company called Free Life Apps, which developed over 30 apps, some of which achieved Top5 rankings in the Apple App Store.

His expertise extends to project and product management, with a portfolio ranging from specialized apps in e-publishing, games, lifestyle, mobile payments, to AR/VR applications.

Furthermore, Pavel is well-versed in app store optimization, app store localization, and growth hacking, having marketed hundreds of mobile apps for clients and driving millions of organic app downloads.

Apart from his entrepreneurial pursuits, Pavel is an active investor, advisor, and educator, having taught IT students for several years and holding degrees in IT System Engineering and General Management from renowned universities.
