Pavan Vaish is a seasoned business executive with a rich background in leading and growing organizations across various industries.

He is the Founding Partner of Cardinal Advisors, a consulting firm specializing in assisting high-growth companies in areas such as leadership evolution, organization culture, talent development, and customer experience.

Pavan is also a Co-Founder of the Artha School of Entrepreneurship, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to helping entrepreneurs scale their ventures, with a focus on organization and culture development.

Prior to his current roles, Pavan held key positions at reputable companies like Uber and UnitedLex, where he significantly impacted operations, safety, customer experience, and organizational growth.

Notably, as the Global Chief Operating Officer at UnitedLex, Pavan played a pivotal role in tripling global revenues and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Before his tenure at UnitedLex, Pavan co-founded Daksh, a groundbreaking player in the Indian BPO industry, which was later acquired by IBM. As CEO of IBM Daksh, he led the company through substantial growth and navigated it through challenging times.
